It wouldn't hurt to run SFC {Option 2} as well.
Note you may need to run it 3 times to fix any problems.
Reboot at the end please.
Let us know the results.

Ran Malwarebytes, nothing found. Did sfc 3 times in safemode since computer crashes when i do it normally. Nothing also.
EDIT: forgot to answer your question zigzag, all 16gb (4x4gb) came preinstalled by Dell since I ordered it online. I guess it could be called custom, idk.

So far so good re SFC & Malwarebytes.
Thanks for reporting back.
Are you still crashing?
Is your computer under Warranty?
yes it has kept crashing on me. I decided to call Dell and see what they say, and through a remote control of my computer, they told me it could've been an incomplete windows update and they're sending me a usb key with a basic image of windows for repairs.
Still I appreciate the time you guys have taken to check out my problem and respond to my posts. Thank you
PS: my comp crashed during the remote control XD
Our pleasure. :)
We would be interested to hear what happens.
If you do continue to crash please upload the DMPS.
