Randomly occurring BSODs

    It wouldn't hurt to run SFC {Option 2} as well.
    Note you may need to run it 3 times to fix any problems.
    Reboot at the end please.
    Let us know the results.

    Ran Malwarebytes, nothing found. Did sfc 3 times in safemode since computer crashes when i do it normally. Nothing also.

    EDIT: forgot to answer your question zigzag, all 16gb (4x4gb) came preinstalled by Dell since I ordered it online. I guess it could be called custom, idk.

    So far so good re SFC & Malwarebytes.

    Are you still crashing?

    yes it has kept crashing on me. I decided to call Dell and see what they say, and through a remote control of my computer, they told me it could've been an incomplete windows update and they're sending me a usb key with a basic image of windows for repairs.

    Still I appreciate the time you guys have taken to check out my problem and respond to my posts. Thank you

    PS: my comp crashed during the remote control XD
