    512G SSD

    Two issues need addressing first

1-Related to STOPzilla service. Note: Located in \%Program Files%\Common Files\STOPzilla!\ I would remove it at least to test.

    2-Norton.

Symantec is a frequent cause of BSOD's. I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST

Thank you for the quick reply. I have not touched the software configuration before the BSOD started to appear. In any case, I will remove STOPZilla and test.

I just noticed I have another dmp file from a previous BSOD back in March which shows PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. I wonder whether these two BSOD are related to the same root cause?

I have attached the dmp file for the March BSOD here as well. Could you please take a look? Thank you in advance.

    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED by igdkmd64.sys

Some updates since my last post...

In addition to removing STOPZilla, I have noticed the system fan runs at very high speed for a long time while the system gets quite hot. I suspect my previous BOSD might be hw related. After several discussions with SONY, they finally replaced the CPU fan and verified all hardware are passing. System has been running smooth for about two months now. Unfortunately the BSOD showed up again last week. This time it is due to igdkmd64.sys.

I am attaching the dmp file here and would appreciate any guidance you may have.
