BSOD when playing most games like Counter-Strike: Source and Max Payne

Hi I recently installed a Asus Xonar DG sound card last week and I am pretty sure that is when the BSODs started to happen. In BlueScreenView I see cmudaxp.sys and ntoskynl.exe.

    I tried the following already:

    -flashed mobo to latest bios
-installed latest AMD graphics card drivers
    -installed latest sound card drivers
    -upgraded latest SSD firmware
    -installed latest mobo chipset drivers
    -installed latest PCI-E drivers

I'm attaching my minidumps. If I can get rid of my BSODs before Max Payne 3 comes out I will be more then happy

Driver verifier and related to cmudaxp.sys Audio WDM Driver from C-Media Inc. Yours is from 2011. I would update to newest

I'm not sure what I am doing wrong but the driver wont update. It says that the audio device is not plugged in. Do you know a program that can maybe scan that driver or something? I've already tried DriverScanner and it didn't pickup anything about the c-media driver.

Here is what it says when I try the latest Windows 7 c-media driver from C-Media Electronics, Inc.

Ok disregard my last post I managed to install the drivers using the driver verifier. I played Max Payne 1 for about 5 minutes and got the same BSOD again! I attached the mindump I just got.

I went into safe mode and used driver sweeper to clean the Asus sound drivers. Went into windows and ran the driver verifier which installed the c-media drivers again. Played Max Payne for 5 minutes then got the same BSOD again.
