Don't worry about perfmon finding your antivirus - I see this a lot and it really doesn't matter (as long as there's no other issues with your antivirus).

Lot's of Daemon Tools stuff in the memory dump. You must uninstall it, then run the sptd.sys removal tool.

The Tunngle network adapter can cause problems - especially with outdated drivers (yours date from 2009). Please either update it or remove it from your system (and uninstall it's software)

Your network driver dates from 2009 also. Please update it to the most recent, Win7 compatible version.

If the above things don't fix the BSOD's, then run Driver Verifier according to these directions: Driver Verifier Settings

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs

So I uninstalled Daemon tools over a week ago - how do I get rid of the remaining bits? Also, I've run the sptd.sys removal tool and removed the problem file a week ago. When I run the exe now it just says there is no sptd file detected.

I also already updated the network adapter drivers...are you sure you looked at the most recent attachments? It seems like perhaps you looked at the old attachments in this thread.

    I removed tunngle just now.

    Thanks

Doh!!! Look at the date of the memory dump in the last summary that I posted:
    Code:
    Loading Dump File [C:\Users\FUBAR\_jcgriff2_\dbug\__Kernel__\051512-20685-01.dmp]
Looks like I was looking back in time - sorry about that!!! I just took it out of the latest upload without looking at the date (that's what I get for rushing!)

MSINFO32 related other memory dumps - so we have to wonder why they weren't captured!
    1 on 22 May
    2 on 20 May
    3 on 19 May
    1 on 17 May
    2 on 15 May

Then it relates these codes (note that they don't agree with the numbers above):
    0x3B, 0x50, 0x7E, 0xD1, 0xA, and IP misaligned on 22 May
    0xA on 19 April
    IP misaligned on 17 March
    0x7E on 09 February
    0x3B on 11 September 2011
    0xD1 on 08 September 2011

Since we're not getting memory dumps, please check your settings: Set MiniDump
Beyond that, you have enough free space on your hard drive and your pagefile is on the OS drive - so there shouldn't be an issue.

Please start with these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics

I'd suggest running Driver Verifier according to these directions ( http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html ), but you'll need to ensure that the system stops at the BSOD and that you gather all the info from the BSOD
Here's the instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

Oh I also wrote down the file names cited at the past two BSODs: dxgmms1.sys and NTFS.sys. Not sure if that means anything at this point.

We've got to figure out if this is a new problem - or a continuation of the problem that you were having.

If you're getting different errors, then it's most likely a hardware problem. These type of problems include:
    - borked (broken) hardware
    - overclocking
    - compatibility issues
    - low-level driver issues
    - malware

Because of the last 2 errors having 2 different causes, I'd also start with these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics

I've had a few more BSODs and have (hopefully) fixed the memory dump problem so that it will record the crash info. I've included a new memdump and pc health report.

I ran some online scanners for malware and haven't found anything. I haven't gotten to driver verifier things yet, but I had run Furmark and memtest in the recent past (few months ago) and hadn't found any problems.

This is most likely a hardware problem.
It seems that we've ruled out:
    - overclocking
    - compatibility
    - low-level drivers
    - malware

That only leaves (IMO) broken hardware.

Run all of the tests at this link: Hardware Diagnostics
Let us know the results and we'll move on from there.

I've run memtest and hard disk diagnostics and have had no issues come up. I ran the memtest for 4 passes using Memtest 86+ (it was recommended to do a minimum of 3 and up to 7). I ran the extended hard disk diagnostics for my Western Digital hard drive for 16 hours and had no issues.

My next step is to use furmark/prime95 etc. to test my GPU and cpu.

I've attached another memdump and health report.

Thanks again for your continued help with me!

Still looks like hardware to me.
On the off chance that it's a corrupted driver, please replace your network drivers, your video drivers, and your audio drivers (uninstall the old one's and then install fresh downloaded one's).

Please remove CPU-Z "just in case". You can feel free to reinstall it after the system is stabilized.

    Continue with the hardware diagnostics.
