BSOD when installing W-7 on Intel Server PC

Hello i've just installed Windows 7 ultimate x86 on my new SERVER PC and i have BSOD when it expand windows files, so i choose install it's hard drive on an another pc, then i pull back the hard drive to my server and it's work and logging to my dekstop but it's just for a while when my server pc be BSOD again, so please the help,,

Erm, I personally don't understand why you would install a server with 32-bit Windows.

Anyways, there's one crashdump, reporting a WHEA error about something involving your memory. Sounds like a hard failure of your memory. Run Memtest86+ on it for at least 7 passes.
