BSOD when computer sleeps

Hello,
My computer has been randomly crashing after it goes to sleep. After trying to find answers by searching, it seems like it may have to do with a driver, but I can't understand the dmp files. I also cannot open the xml file.
Attached is the message I get when I start the computer again. I tried to attach the dmp and xml files, but it says I do not have permission when I click "open" to upload them.
I am running win7 x64.

We do need the DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.
Please attach the DMP files to your next post not to post one.

If you are overclocking STOP

You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting into safe mode (F8) with networking.

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. If empty (or non existent) please look in the following folders. C:\windows (the dmp should be called memory.dmp), and C:\windows\LiveKernelReports\Watchdog.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
*If the files are too large please upload them to a file sharing service like "Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:

* Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
* Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
* Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
* Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
* Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
* OK your way out.
* Reboot if changes have been made.

Virtually all of these were related to USBHUB.sys. Before we can address that you need to update this file

Asacpi.sys

The pre 2009 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.

Scroll down to the utilities category, then scroll down to the "atk0110 driver for windowsxp/vista/windows 7 32&64-bit" (it's about the 12th item down).

Download and install it.

Go to c:\windows\system32\drivers to check and make sure that the asacpi.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (not before).

ALSO your BIOS is from 2008. You should check with the MFR to see if there is an update.

Again, thanks! I updated the asacpi.sys file. The digital signature is time stamped May 13, 2009. Is that OK? It says it was updated today.

What is the second link for? I have an Asus M3A78-EM motherboard, not the p5k-vm. I recently updated the bios after reading some forums about this problem. I just checked and the bios version is 2701 and it is dated 10/8/10. Is that OK?

What about the USBHUB.sys issues that you mentioned? Can we address that now? Thanks

USB Driver - General Fix for Problems

I am still having issues. My machine just shut down on me again. I can try the USB fix tomorrow. Anything else you suggest?

IMHO by far the quickest & neatest way to have your computer up & running would be to do a clean install.

A clean installation consists of removing all data from the hard disk by reformatting & reinstalling the operating system and programs to an empty (clean) hard disk.
Just remember initially ONLY install from the disk / DVD to test all is well BEFORE adding what you had before.

This can be less "messy" than trying to correct problems etc.
