BSoD 0x00000101 while gaming or browsing.
Good afternoon all,
A little bit of background on my issues: I have had this rig for about 10 months or so. About 2.5 months ago, I had an issue I believed to be the PSU, so I RMA'd that and a couple weeks later had a new PSU and tried to boot with no luck. I then took it to a local shop where he found some scorch marks on my mobo that I had missed. I RMA'd my motherboard, and nearly a month later I was piecing back together my computer.
Turns out, my storage of certain pieces of hardware could have been better in the month without a mobo. As I went to remount my cpu, I find that 10-15% of the pins have bent pretty badly. I hurry out to a nearby microcenter and pick up a new processor. Unfortunately, they no longer carry my old cpu (Phenom II x6 1100T) so I have to pick up a FX-6100. Which after some quick research, I find is compatible with my mainboard.
I start up my computer just fine when I get home, chill out on it for a little while, glad to have a computer again after almost 2 months. I load up my new copy of SWTOR. Then come the BSoDs, 0x00000101. I restart, hoping it's just minor error, and 10-20 minutes later, my system locks up on me, and the next several power ups are a combination of freezes, spontaneous restarts, and bluescreens.
I have taken it to the same guy that found my mobo problem, with no luck great finds there.
I have run memtest for several passes with no found errors. I have returned my cpu for another FX-6100, no luck. I have swapped out my gpu for a spare 8800 GT and still I get crashes. I have furmarked, with stable results, I have run prime95 for 8 hours straight with nothing significant. I have even made sure all of my voltages and timings are correct in bios. And I have reinstalled windows 3 separate times
I have been searching for an answer for the last 2 weeks, with no real luck. If there is one out there, I hope I can find it here. Any further suggestions or diagnostics would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Kal
P.S. I have included all of the minidumps I have available via the process outlined in the posting instructions, I do believe I also have a recent large dump file that I could host/send later if need be.
