Yes, but atm I'll be keeping it.

Has already been updated, not the cause.

After a couple of netr7364 related bsods I correctly updated said driver. I am now stable and BSOD-free for almost a day. Will post again if anything changes...

Had another BSOD again while playing League of Legends and again related with the netr7364.sys driver. Minidump attached.

I just did a bugcheck analysis on the minidump, so here goes.
Probably caused by : atikmdag.sys ( atikmdag+2c2949 )

Checked the said driver: atikmdag Kernel 18/8/2009 6:05:47
I think it's out of date... Can someone post a link for a newer version?

How to clean left over drivers
Sometimes drivers remain, not completely uninstalled. Follow this tutorial for complete removal of drivers of the particular program: How to Clean Left Over Driver Files with Driver Sweeper
Click on the Start
► Control Panel
► Programs
► Uninstall a program
► Uninstall everything related to the software.

Delete remnants of its drivers/older drivers using Driver Sweeper

Security App
You also seem to have no antivirus software. Do you?

Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes are recommended from a strict BSOD perspective. They do not cause blue screens on the system as other AV products do.

Microsoft Security Essentials, Free antivirus for windows

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free

DO NOT start the free trial of MalwareBytes, unselect that option when prompted.

Tip   Tip
Update and make full scans with both separately.

1. SFC /scannow to check windows for corruption - SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
2. Disk check for errors on the hard drive - How to Run Disk Check in Windows 7
