Windows 7: BSOD While Playing Call of Duty MW1 & 2

The sfc errors all appear to be related to Windows visual aspects and nothing substantial. It does raise a question: Are you using a modified theme or a theme developed by someone else? Maybe even a transformation pack?

If so: Does the system behave better with a default Windows theme?

Well lets see, when i go into Personalise it says Unsaved Theme since i changed the background, but its still a Windows 7 theme (Landscapes).
When i go into Performance Options/ Visual Effects its set to Let Windows Choose whats best for my PC (all boxes are ticked except "Save taskbar thumbnail preview" let me know if changing that to say best performance or appearance will help

Other Change i made :
* I changed my Windows 7 Login screen Background using these steps
How To Change Windows 7 Logon Screen Easily [Without Using Hacks & Tools]
(But BSOD was occurring before i changed this)

* I changed my Shortcut Icon so it wasent a square arrow and is now a blue arrow in no box using a program called WinBubble (BSOD was occurring before i changed this to)

Other changes (might not be visual) were changing the boot setting to boot all 6 cores)
and turned off some startup programs i dont want booting and slowing down startup speed such as Quicktime, Adobe CS5.5 Service manager and so on...

as far as i know i have no transformation packs and my theme is in windows 7

i will give default Windows theme a go and let you know hw it does (im guessing you mean Windows 7 Basic theme)

Thank you for all your help

You should not have to change the boot settings to use all six cores. This is done automatically. If for some reason it was not doing so, there may be a CPU issue and you should check for CPU damage/bent pins.

It could have been the change to the processors. I know setting them to run in the boot options can have adverse effects. Letting Windows manage it tends to provide more stability.

5 hours play then BSD came back :/

so i changed my Windows theme to Windows 7 Basic and turned off the booting all cores thing, so windows does it like you said and it seemed fine then BSOD...

What you said before about the Windows visual aspects and nothing substantial. being the cause, based on all the info i've provided is there anything else i can try/ you would recommend to fix this issue?

Thanks

Let's check RAM compatibility and RAM settings:
  • Download and install CPU-Z and Upload screenshots of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs. In the SPD tab, upload an image of each slot.

Also, go into your BIOS and post all Voltages (CPU, RAM, NB, IMC, etc.) and all RAM settings (timings, frequency, etc.)

Thanks to Dave76 for help learning RAM Stability

Screen Shot is Uploaded, i added all the Info i could about my hardware like you asked, the SPD tabs are all the same and there's 4 of them since there's 4 RAM sticks

My BIOS is set to Default but i while check that upon next reboot

I think my hardware is fine and not the cause, but i do think you might be on track with the Visual Causes you said a few posts ago from the sfcdetails.txt

Let me know what you think

What BIOS voltages are available to set to manual?

Everything checks out with the RAM timings and settings, so I am thinking it may be a voltage issue. It could still be a bad memory module or motherboard RAM slot, but we should check voltage options first.
