Driver won't read from windows 7

Alright so I've had this gaming windows 7 computer for quiet some time. Unfortunately, the computer keeps crashing out of no-where. And it's usually when i'm gaming. When I start it back up, It has an error saying "Hard-drive will not read" or something like that. Right now, It's in the shop getting fixed by professionals. Does anyone have any idea what is causing my gaming computer to crash while in game?

If you already have it being looked at in the shop, then it doesn't really need explanation here, and we most likely won't be any better off figuring it out than those who have direct access to the PC. Given that you were given errors about the hard drive, then you most likely have a drive controller (motherboard) or drive failure. Again, one can't tell with just word of mouth. Data is necessary in order to ascertain cause without just going on complete speculation (if one can even call it speculation).
