BSOD while booting up mw3

hey there i get the bsod when i try to boot up mw3 i can play any other games ie diablo 3 bf3 and so on but when i come to this it dont seem to like it

my pc specs are


motherboard: sabertooth 990 fx
cpu: Amd fx 6100
ram: corsair vengeance 16gb ddr 3
graphics radeon hd 6850 X2
psu: artic 600w

i running windows 7 64 bit retail version

the system is about 4 months old

i did a fresh install about 2 weeks ago to try fix this because was working fine when system was first built

any help welcome thanx tivo

You have a 0x101 bugcheck. The STOP 0x101: CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT troubleshtg should help, and please post back if you need help with any of the steps there or after you finish them. Also let us know if you find the cause of the problem.

Have you referred to section 3.10 of your motherboard manual? There are clear instructions there for updating the BIOS.

ASUS - Motherboards- ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX -> OS: Windows 7 64bit -> Manual -> Choose the appropriate manual for your language.

I run Win 7 and I recently updated my bios from 1.3 to 1.8 on my Toshiba Satellite A305, there was a screen issue where it just turns off or freezes.. fixed that but now I get BSOD when i boot normally. Compressed 6 of the minidump files and attached the folder.
