    Page_Fault_in_Nonpage_Area (Classpnp.sys)

Hi have recently been getting blue screens after trying to hook my laptop up to my computer.

    System info
    Attachment 215241

    Health Report
    Attachment 215242

    Dumps/Crashes
    Attachment 215240

    Ran Maleware Bytes
    No problems

Scans came clean with no integrity errors
No viruses was caught through Microsoft Security Essentials or AVG
    (Removed AVG after)

Memory scans ran several passes no problems found.

My Laptop is shy of 2years old so i don't believe its a hardware problem

    thanks you

    • Many of us on the forums actually do not recommend automated optimization tools for Windows 7. Windows 7 does a much better job of handling its own optimization than its predecessors did. We especially do not recommend registry cleaning as an "optimization" step because automated registry cleaning causes more harm to the registry than it actually repairs.

In the future, if you need help optimizing Windows 7, please post a thread in Performance & Maintenance - Windows 7 Forums or follow the tutorial enclosed in that forum to Optimize Windows 7.

It appears that your PC Tune-up utilities have damaged Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE). Please uninstall MSE through Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Uninstall a program and then download a fresh copy from Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows. If that does not resolve the crashes, Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 and stop using optimization software.
