Great, there's light at the end of the tunnel now.

Report back after memtest and we'll go from there

Well it completed 23 passes without fail. I'm still leaving that stick out to continue testing my normal routine without it.

I noticed while I was playing D3 that I saw weird patterns appear in the upper right part of the screen. It was white and I can't really describe the patterns as more than like a flash of white circles. It was just for an instant but happened twice. This was a few evenings ago.

I'm gonna take a shot in the dark and say it was something to do with the graphics card, so if I get anymore BSOD errors, would the problem be leaning more towards an issue with that?

I'll update with any more information when it becomes available.

Ok, keep the system running without the #3 stick of RAM for now. Report back if you see any screen artifacts like the ones you saw whilst playing D3 or anything else unusual. I still personally think it is the GFX card but I can fully understand why Writhziden wanted to check the RAM. It did prove useful.

Well, after keeping that third stick out for about a week I've had no issues with BSOD messages. I'm going to go ahead and mark it as solved again and hope that it stays that way this time. I really appreciate the help again, Stephen, and your input as well Writhziden. If for whatever reason this thing starts acting up again for the same reasons, I'll be sure to come knocking again.

Here's hoping this issue has been put to rest!

That's great news.

I've got my fingers crossed but if they start again, you know where to come! Glad I've been able to help.
