BSOD on every atemptt logging in: please help!

Hey, I really need help. I was torrenting a movie and my compter BSOD on me, naturally I just restarted my computer and tried to re-login, excepct it BSOD on me again! So I try safemode with and without networking and more BSOD. So my thoughts are this is a virus, and I have expensive virus protection . Can I get sone help please and maybe someone knows how to beat this. I tried to search the forum to now avail, and in reality I don't understand to much about how computers actually work!

Sorry I would get the dump files for u guys, but I can't actually view my desktop to give me enough time to do this ...

I would recommend Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot. You may have picked up a virus, and the first step of that tutorial helps with virus removal.

Also, have you tried:

• Use Advanced Boot Options to choose Repair Your Computer to get to the System Recovery Options.
• In the System Recovery Options, choose System Restore.
• Follow OPTION TWO of System Restore, and use OPTION ONE step 8.'s NOTE: to find a date before the problem occurred.
