    Hi...Im getting BSOD, and im checking in whocrashed application it says like this :

    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\061612-24304-01.dmp

    What's the solution?? i already trying scan hardrive and memory for errors, but its free from error, and im already reinstalls windows. thanks

    Please install all Windows Updates.


    We should make sure the system is installed properly. Download and run the MGADiag tool. Then click Continue, then click Copy, and then paste the information in your next post.


    Let's check your RAM compatibility:
    • Download and install CPU-Z and Upload screenshots of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs. In the SPD tab, upload an image of each slot.
