Problems with netprofm.dll

For some time when I start Windows 7 (Professional, x64) I get this message:
"MSOSYNC.EXE - Invalid image.
Netprofm.dll not intended for use with Windows or contains an error "
After that I can not handle network connections, nor use Windows Media Player.
I tried to install programs to clean my PC (CCleaner, UniOptimizer, RegCurePro) but I did not succeeded in solving this problem.
Does anyone have any idea?

Welcome to SF Mimmonekkk
I'd suggest you not to use any registry cleaners/optimizers.

Thank you for your reply. I already tried clean boot to identify what the problem was, and it resulted that "MSOSYNC.exe" was responsible for this. I had this program disabled in the Startup, but after that all wireless networks were disappeared in my list, and windows media player still did not work. I need something else!

Try SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker and restart if it finds any integrity violations.
