Crashes are caused by your Fujitsu Siemens Computers WLAN 802.11b/g (SiS163u) device driver.
Code:
906b2000 906e7600 sis163u sis163u.sys Sun May 6 23:48:43 2007 (463EBDBB)
The driver is from 2007. Try to find an update for it. If you are unable to find an update, consider replacing the device with one that is current and compatible with Windows 7.

Also, USB wireless network adapters often cause crashes. USB ports do not supply the necessary power for these devices to run reliably. We recommend replacing USB wireless network adapters with PCI wireless network adapters. I am not sure whether yours is USB as it says, but I thought I would provide that information in case it was.

Before upgrading to Windows 7, did you check your system's compatibility? Windows 7 Compatibility: Software Programs & Hardware Devices: Find Updates, Drivers, & Downloads -> Download and run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor.

Is it a USB device, or is it built into the system?

Let's try something else. Maybe the drivers do not need to be updated but just re-installed. Download the drivers from the laptop support site first.

To fully re-install a driver, use the following steps.
  1. Click Start Menu
  2. Right Click My Computer/Computer
  3. Click Manage
  4. Click Device Manager from the list on the left
  5. Find the device you are trying to uninstall by expanding the appropriate set of devices (Network adapters in your case)
  6. Right click the device
  7. Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
  8. Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK
  9. Restart your computer.
  10. Let Windows install the drivers for you.

Alternatively:
  1. Login as an adminstrative user.
  2. Click Start Menu
  3. Click Control Panel
  4. Click Hardware and Sound
  5. Click Device Manager (the last link under Devices and Printers)
  6. Find the device you are trying to uninstall by expanding the appropriate set of devices (Network adapters in your case)
  7. Right click the device
  8. Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
  9. Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK
  10. Restart your computer.
  11. Let Windows install the drivers for you.

See if the Windows drivers provide stability first. If no Windows drivers are installed and you cannot access the internet wirelessly, then install the drivers you downloaded.
