Random BSOD 0x00000124

Hey Guys

I am getting BSOD a lot, at random times especially, sometimes when I am playing a game or watching a video. I have tried all most everything
I have attached both the files into a ZIP file, which can be viewed below!

Any help will be great! :)

The 0x124 error is an error related to hardware problems. We'll go over the below problems first and if they don't help we can run a few stress tests to rule out components such as the graphics card and CPU.

Your system info is showing up a few problematic devices;

• PS/2 Keyboard

For this I would recommend finding and installing the latest drivers for your keyboard. If the crashes continue, you can unplug the keyboard and restart. If the crashes are still persistent, the keyboard is most likely not at fault.

• AODDriver4.1

This is a driver that I believe is related to your ATI graphics card. Download and install the latest drivers for your graphics card form the below link.

• cpuz132

First try updating CPU-Z from the below link.

If the crashes continue uninstall the program completely.

Hm, okay. I'd actually thought you already had CPU-Z installed due to the presence of some sort of driver or file called cpuz132. Can you please uninstall CPU-Z now? Sorry about the mix-up.

You should also play a game or watch a video in an attempt to force a BSOD. Hopefully nothing happens but if it does it'll give me a chance to have a look at the new dump file.

I notice your CPU is overclocked? If possible, please stop overclocking your CPU as well as your GPU (if it's overclocked) until we find the cause of your crashes.

Finally, I would recommend testing your video card using Furmark. Watch your machine's temps and stop the test if it starts to overheat or artifacts appear on the screen.

Test your RAM using Memtest86+. Let it run until 6-8 passes have completed or errors have been found.

Among the fixes in the above thread are a few stress tests. Before you do any of the other fixes mentioned in the thread, you should run these stress tests (I've taken out the ones I've already instructed you to run):

Test your hardware using Prime95. Watch your machine's temps and stop the test if it starts to overheat. Let it run for up to 2 hours or until errors have been found.
