    Run the ESET online scanner. Save the log and post it back.

    XGamerzzz, please update Malwarebytes and run a full scan. Personally, I do not find AVG to be the most reliable program. I would consider replacing it with Microsoft Security Essentials, at least until will have solved your issue, but it is up to you; I will not press the matter.

    Once that has been taken care of I'll help walk you through some other troubleshooting steps. It should be noted that what you have is a very general issue, which could have any number of causes.

    i downloaded the latest verson of malwarebytes and it found 2 trojans, i have removed them and the problem is still present

    Did you try what I offered?

    Also, you MUST run MBAM on all user accounts to effectively clean the PC.

    I mean, you need to log into each individual user account and run the scanner for Malwarebytes...
