    Also, run a disk check and let us know the results.

    after i had dont the "sfc /scannow the dialog box closed down. and how can i do a disk check when i can not use the explorer.exe is there a way to open it through windows taskmanager?

    Did you run Malwarebytes AFTER I recommended it? If not, update it to the latest virus definitions and run a full scan. Also, run the ESET Online Scanner as James recommended. I want to be sure that your computer is malware free before moving on to other steps.

    i have ran malwarebytes after you recomended it and i am currnetly running ESET online scanner.
