After finishing the ESET scan, you can test to see if any installed programs are causing the issue by doing a clean boot. The tutorial linked below contains information for doing the clean boot and how to determine which program, if any is causing the problem.

I'm not as familiar with ESET Online Scanner as James is, but all looks good to me. Please refer to the steps previously posted for running the system file checker and establishing a clean boot. Which one you want to try first is up to you.
i have ran a clean boot and it is still doing the same, how do i go about running the system file checker?
James already provided you with a link to a tutorial, but I'll give it to you again.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
