BSOD while streaming video from Pc

I just swapped out a 320gb hard drive and put in a 500gb drive in my pc. I had to reinstall the os and all software/drivers (which takes forever and I really don't want to do again). Prior to this swap I had no issues when streaming to other devices. I have been getting the BSOD when streaming videos from my pc to my SmartTV or to my PS3. I have a Dell laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium x64 retail version. The only changes made since reinstalling the os that I can think of are: updated BIOS, updated NOD32 version, and installed Sony Soundforge 10 (which wasn't on it before). Any help would be greatly appreciated! This is making watching videos impossible as often as it occurs! Here are the dmp files:

All caused by your out of date Intel Wireless Adapter driver:
    Code:
    fffff880`0563d000 fffff880`05b78000 netw5v64 netw5v64.sys Thu Mar 26 10:21:24 2009 (49CBAB84)
Update the driver from the Vendor (HP, Dell, etc.) or from Intel: Intel® Driver Update Utility
