BSOD playing League of legends, loads of blue screens

Hello guys. I've "fixed" my pc recently and I've been having troubles with often crashes. The crash usually happens during a game ( always the worst moment ; whenever I'm dying :P ).
    My specs are :
    windows 7 64x ultimate
    intel core 2duo e6750 2.66ghz ( it used to be run at 3ghz )
    2gb ram
    amd radeon hd 6450

Sorry for trouble and thanks :) .

Security Software: ??? Make sure to install security software. I recommend either of these:

After installing your security software, update it, and then run full scans today with each program. Report back the results of the scans.

    Problematic Software:
    Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Driver Genius Professional Edition	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Driver Genius Professional Edition	Public
    • We do not recommend automated driver update software. It often finds drivers for devices similar to but not exactly the same as the hardware actually on the system. This can lead to conflicts and blue screen crashes. If you need help finding driver updates for a certain device, please start a thread in Drivers - Windows 7 Forums instead of using software. Driver updates are not always necessary and some updates can actually decrease system stability rather than increase it, so it is usually better not to update unless a device or its driver is causing problems with the system. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Crashes primarily indicate your audio drivers for your SB Audigy device. Make sure the drivers are up to date: Creative Worldwide Support

for now I downloaded ESET nod32, also I re-installed my creative drivers. the problem seems to be fixed, but I'm gonna give it a few days to test.

@edit ; after scanning everything with Nod32, I just encountered some problems with google chrome
