Application Crash Hi!
It's Apple here.
I have a problem with my laptop.I downloaded few good videos from the youtube.
And everytime I want to move the videos to the chosen folders (all downloaded videos will store at realplayer folder),there will be a box saying something this "restart the program".And so,I clicked and then everything will be refresh as I haven't click to the realplayer folder.
Few mins ago,I'm trying to delete few videos and it happened again. The truth is,this thing has gone for a long time.Do I need to update or what?Or is it some kind of virus?
Thanks for your patience because I know English isn't my native and so,I believe many grammar errors? | My System Specs |

Right click on the Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 folder
Select "Send to"
Then select "Compressed (zipped) folder"
It's create a file named Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2.zip
That's the one that you want to upload.

1st problem, you do not have Service Pack 1:
Please do the following: Quote: Installing Windows 7 Service Pack 1
1. Visit the PC manufacturer's website and update ALL drivers. DO NOT use Windows Update or the "Update drivers" function of Device Manager.
2. Check Device Manager for any unknown/disabled devices - if there are unknown/disabled devices, fix them with the latest drivers from the device manufacturer's website (not the PC Manufacturer)
3. Visit Windows Update and get all updates (may take repeated visits)
4. Visit Windows Update and get Service Pack 1 (usually under Important Updates). Read these notes for installing SP1: Steps to follow before you install Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 from the Microsoft Download Center NOTE: For Vista, read these notes: 5. Visit Windows Update and get any other available updates. May take repeated visits, but keep it up until you get several "Windows is updated" results.
If you're having difficulties with installing a Service Pack, please use the SURTool from this link: What is the System Update Readiness Tool?
Also, check out this troubleshooting link from Microsoft: Troubleshoot problems installing Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2
I have had limited success in installing updates/Service Packs when using a "clean boot". I suspect that I'm just bypassing the problem - and that it can come back to bite me in the butt later on. Many of your crashes blame explorer.exe - the Windows file responsible for copying. I suggest (after SP1) that you check the 3rd party shell extensions (use this free tool: ShellExView - Shell Extension Manager For Windows )
Disable all of the non-Microsoft and non-Windows one's and see if that helps. If it does, re-enable them in groups of 5 or 10 to see which one is causing it.
One of the errors blames - PS1\ePSXe.exe
This appears to be a Sony Playstation emulator. Please uninstall it to test. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Home built (x64), Lenovo x61s Tablet, Samsung Netbook OS Win7 x64 + x86 CPU Intel i7 920, other Intel chips, and the Atom in the netbook Motherboard Asus P6T Deluxe Memory 12 gB; 4 gB Lenovo; 1 gB Samsung netbook Graphics Card ATI 4870 Sound Card Yes, I have one of these Monitor(s) Displays 32" Sharp Aquos TV Screen Resolution 800x600 - I have vision issues Keyboard Microsoft Natural Mouse Logitech Trackman PSU 1000 watt (can't recall the brand) Case Antec 300 Cooling Big honking cooler that was rated highly at Toms Hardware Hard Drives 4 - 150 gB Velociraptors in RAID 5

Okay Usasma.
I'll try my best.I bought this laptop 2 years ago at
one shop.I found out that the shop sells fake
and original products.The thing is,if I update
as what you told me to,will it affect anything
because I believe my windows 7 isn't original.
Yea,I bought this. The salesman refused to give away
few stuffs.
I'll slowly do this and will inform you later. Thanks | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Acer OS Windows 7 Ultimate x32 Antivirus ESET NOD32 Application Crash problems? All times are GMT -5. The time now is 07:56 PM. | |
