Looks like you were right here is the file and there was also a recently added minidump following my latest BSOD so I ran the program in hopes that that one would show up as well.
Edit- looks like the Memory.dmp file is too large to upload directly to the site any way around this via a file hosting site or something similar?

Uploaded the Memory.dmp file to mediafire

Ok, I've had a look at the new dump but it really isn't very helpful. It pointed at ntkrnlmp.exe which is a system file and very unlikely to cause a BSOD.

As a result I recommend you check your hardware for issues. I know you have already had a thread so if you've run any of these tests, tell me the results.
Please run Memtest86+ to check your RAM. Let it run for 6-8 passes overnight as described in the tutorial. Pay particular attention to parts 2 and 3.

Also check your HDD for errors using Seatools and chkdsk.. Download and create a bootable version of the Seatools for DOS program as described here. For check disk, follow this tutorial: Disk Check

Once you work through that, try this. You mention that your BSOD's increase when you have a USB device plugged into the front port. This could either be an indication of a bad motherboard or some kind of USB driver issue. To rule out the USB driver issue, try this:

  1. Right-click Computer and select Properties
  2. Click on the Advanced System Settings
  3. Click on Environment Variables
  4. Below the bottom Environment Variables window pane (System Variables), click on New
  5. For Variable Name, enter devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices
  6. For Variable Value, enter 1
  7. Click OK to close Environment Variables and OK again to close System Properties
  8. Open device manager
  9. Click view then Show hidden devices
  10. Click on Universal Serial Bus drivers
  11. Uninstall the greyed out drivers
I'm not sure that this will fix it but it's worth a try.

Memtest86 freezes at about 8% into the first pass, however the + sign continues to blink. Any fix for this?

Are you running Memtest86+ from a CD? Yes/No

If no, then use this link to download a ZIP file containing an ISO file.
After extracting the ISO, then:
double-click on the ISO and Win 7 will prompt you to insert CD/DVD to burn iso.

After burning, leave in optical unit and boot from the cd/dvd.

Yes, I'm using the .iso file. Does it mean something failed in that case?

In addition to Karl's good advice, could you please upload screenshots from the program CPU-Z (Download CPU-Z 1.60.1 - FileHippo.com) to your next post so I can check the RAM settings.

Also, try testing each stick of RAM individually and see if memtest freezes.
Don't forget to try other motherboard slots if you have errors. Part 3 in the tutorial will explain. RAM - Test with Memtest86+

You could have a corrupt iso file. Try downloading it again and see if the errors occur. Also see my previous post

I'd like to take some of these actions out of this folder
I was wondering if there's a way to do this: I have a media player that adds a context menu folder with certain functions inside. I'd like to take some of these actions out of this folder, so that they would appear directly on the first ("parent") right-click.
