As a quick test:
Remove all memory sticks except for one.

If passes, try another stick.
If fails, try another slot.

Not all motherboards will allow you to be choosy about which slots you use. You will need to consult the documentation for your motherboard.

If all sticks and in all slots pass, then you can start running a long test.

I've not looked at your pics, but if you are overclocking then, stop and desist immediately.

Overclocking is your enemy.

Heat is your enemy.

Keep an external fan blowing on the unit while running tests.

Take the cover off of the unit (with power removed) and blow out all dust with a can of compressed air.

Salamandrex,

My oversight, did you know that you can output that info?

Start Speccy | FILE item in main horizontal bar | Save Snapshot

Since I have Speccy installed, then I'll be able to view either format.

Don't worry. Speccy does not include your Product Key in the saved data.

Stop the presses.
Do not upload the txt file unless you edit the file to remove the "Serial Number".

The "Snapshot" produced by Speccy will have a .SPECCY extension and I can view them with SPECCY.

Oh didn't know that. I'll upload that tomorrow, I'm already in bed for the night. Not overclocking in anyway. As for the individual stick testing, I'm not exactly well versed in removing sticks and I'm still under warranty from purchasing the PC. However last time I brought it in about 2 months ago with the same problems they said all hardware passed and it was most likely windows related. After a restore to factory setttings didnt fix it I tried several reformats/reinstalls to get the freezing to stop to no avail. So at this point I'm lost and would love to investigate the ram myself. Is there a guide of anysort that helps with removing RAM and placing it back.

Yes. There is a video or two on this. And of course, the manual for your motherboard will have instructions.

It''s also near time for me to sign off.
I'll ask some of the others to jump in and give you the link for a good video on ram replacement. Better a good video than my crude explanation.

Maybe Tekno knows a good video.
till 'morrow.

This video will show you how to change out RAM. Make sure to guard against static shock by using a wrist strap, or touching the metal part of the case before you touch electronics.

You've had two memtest86+ failures, is the second one from a new ISO file?
The last memtest86+ picture shows a mostly blank screen, was the whole test like that?
It should have looked something like the picture below, there will be no info with a Red background unless you get errors, should look like the section with the blue background if there are no errors.
Attachment 216984
Normally any errors or if it stops on it's own means a failure, it is possible that the ISO is corrupt or wasn't burned to CD, loaded on memory stick, correctly.

Your computer manual isn't very clear, do you have any/many settings to adjust in your BIOS?
RAM or CPU, frequency, voltage, or anything similar?
Any RAM timings adjusting section?
Most OEM computers do not have anything above basic settings, your manual talks about 'sliders', can you clarify what controls are available to you?

Follow the video Greg posted and remove two RAM cards, check your motherboard manual to see which RAM slots should be used, check if you have any crashes.
If you have any crashes or not, run memtest86+ as per the tutorial linked previously.

D/L CPUZ and post a snip of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs.
For posting the information , enter 'Snipping tool' in the Start button > Search box, hit enter. Select the area you want to post and save to a convenient place.

Have you been checking your temperatures?
Use Core Temp, to check the CPU temps when at idle, under load and/or testing.
Let us know the minimum and maximum temps you get.

Hi,

Sorry about the delay, been very busy with school lately. In regards to all that's been happening, I agree with all the other comments. RAM is the most likely thing to be causing your issues so we're going to investigate it further. Focus on getting Memtest to work at the moment. Also, it's not as good but could you get Memory Diagnostics Tool to work? If so, could you please run an extended test and report back. It is less reliable than memtest but as we're having issues with memtest, it's worth a shot.

It just froze after 3 passes last time and stopped showing data like pictured above. However, 10 passes with no errors this time. Pass 11 is almost done so I'll upload all I can after that. Apparently disabling legacy usb in the bios fixes the problem after some googling. Should I still check each stick or is it fine now that it's working. Thanks for the help so far I'll be back soon with more info.

I'd like to take some of these actions out of this folder
I was wondering if there's a way to do this: I have a media player that adds a context menu folder with certain functions inside. I'd like to take some of these actions out of this folder, so that they would appear directly on the first ("parent") right-click.
