    BSOD - Struggling to understand

Hi all, im new here as you can see and i'm sorry if this seems like a simliar post, but believe me ive been struggling for last few hours over internet on information and how to do things and getting in all kinds of trouble (i will admitt im not 100% best at computers), so here goes whats been happening with my new machine last few weeks.

2 weeks ago i had both monitors go black, then blue with the whole "prevent damage....etc" with code 0X00000116 (display drivers). It happend 3x times and that was just browsing normal on the internet, no games etc. The company of the computer told me to unistill catalyst programme and re-install. updated all windows, seemed to be fine from there on.

Few days later after the screen saver went off and monitors to black i noticed when moved mouse and come back on, it said "display drivers were not responding, but succesfully recovered" on the bottom bar, but i thought nothing of it and it seemed fine.

I now had today the BSOD again but this time code: 0x00000124 (uncorrectable hardware issue), i restarted, researched on internet and found some different answers.

after leaving the computer on as was downstairs on phone, come back to see screen saver went off and screens black, moved the mouse, but they just stayed black. NOTE: This has happened once before also. restarted as only thing i could do

last hour ive had BSOD once again with code: 0x0000019 (bad_pool_header).

Im puzzled now as to whats going on. as i speak its working all ok, but i keep getting these Odd BSOD come up.

I've read about getting the minidump up, but im struggling as even though im classed as administrator it says access denied and im unsure what or how you open them. ive tried ways it said on internet but i think im doing it wrong, so was hoping you fine people could give me a very clear step by step to someone like me.

here is my computer that ive purchased.

Please follow the instructions in this post to provide us with some information: https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html

Just FYI - the "display drivers were not responding, but succesfully recovered" message is usually indicative of a STOP 0x117 BSODish error. It's very similar to the STOP 0x116 error and we troubleshoot them the same way.

While waiting for a reply, please uninstall all the ATI video drivers from your system. Then use this procedure to install the DRIVERS ONLY: ATI video cards - DRIVER ONLY installation procedure

If that doesn't help, then start by looking at this post (about troubleshooting the STOP 0x116/0x117 errors): STOP 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR troubleshooting
You can also have a look at this one (about the STOP 0x124 error) - but I wonder if it'll be any help: Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try

Finally, you can start running these free hardware diagnostics. I'd start with the memory test/Prime95 and the video tests: Hardware Diagnostics

How new is this machine? Is the system and/or the video card still under warranty?
