BSOD After Start up Error 0x124

    Windows 7 Pro x64
-This is the original OS and I bought it retail. It has been reinstalled
-I bought the hardware in Dec 2011 and about 5 months after started having the problems.

    CPU: Intel Core i7 2006k 3.4g LGA 1155
MB: Asus P8P67 pro Rev 3.1
Mem: Kingston HyperX grey Series 4GB x4
    GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 580(Fermi)
    HD: Western Digital RE4 500GB
PSU: Crosair Pro Series HX850 850w
    Case: Corsair Obsidian Series 800D
Cooling: Corsair CAFA70 120mm CPU cooler

    I also have:
    LITE-On Internal 12x blue-ray
    Linksys WMP600N PCI wireless Adaptor

    Description of the problem:
I built this computer in December, and it worked fine for about 5 months. Then one night it started blue screening with an error x124. All attempts to repair it with the windows disk resulted in a blue screen. Eventually the boot manager was corrupted.
I tried to reinstall the OS and every time it ended in a BSOD error x124. I did eventually get the OS installed (sheer luck) and the Manufactures drivers in stalled. Since it was an x124 I ran some tests:
-I checked the memory with Memtest86+ (7 passes)
-I tested the hard drive with Seagate Tools
-I used a volt meter to test the PSU
-Ran a stress test on the CPU (from Intel)
-Ran a stress test on the GPU (from Asus diagnostics)
Thanks for your time and suggestions would be helpful.

Running all 50 memory dumps on the off chance that at least one will have a clue. It's gonna take a while tho' - so on with the rest of the stuff.

SP1 isn't installed, please do the following:
Installing Windows 7 Service Pack 1
    1. Visit the PC manufacturer's website and update ALL drivers. DO NOT use Windows Update or the "Update drivers" function of Device Manager.
    2. Check Device Manager for any unknown/disabled devices - if there are unknown/disabled devices, fix them with the latest drivers from the device manufacturer's website (not the PC Manufacturer)
    3. Visit Windows Update and get all updates (may take repeated visits)
    4. Visit Windows Update and get Service Pack 1 (usually under Important Updates). Read these notes for installing SP1: Steps to follow before you install Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 from the Microsoft Download Center
    5. Visit Windows Update and get any other available updates. May take repeated visits, but keep it up until you get several "Windows is updated" results.
If you're having difficulties with installing a Service Pack, please use the SURTool from this link: What is the System Update Readiness Tool?
Also, check out this troubleshooting link from Microsoft: Troubleshoot problems installing Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2

I have had limited success in installing updates/Service Packs when using a "clean boot". I suspect that I'm just bypassing the problem - and that it can come back to bite me in the butt later on.
More to follow when the memory dumps are finished running.....

Darned thing crashed on me. Here's the info from the latest crash dump

I'm rerunning all 50 dumps. I'll post back later on if they succeed.

Networking drivers date from 2009 - so they must be updated also.

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs

    Usasma,
Thank you for your responses. I have been attempting to run windows update but with very little luck as the BSOD happen a little bit after start up. I did recheck all the drivers and updated the wireless device. I’m going to try updating windows some more tomorrow. Again thank you for your response.

    Try:
    - download a full copy of SP1. It's the 3rd one from the bottom on this page: Download: Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 (KB976932) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details It's the one that says: windows6.1-KB976932-X64.exe 903.2 MB
Make sure that you follow the advice on installing SP1 from that page.

    - uninstall the wireless USB device and physically remove it from your system.

    - then try to install SP1 without connecting to the internet.
