BSOD When playing games - Driver related.
Good day everyone !
BEFORE READING:
I updated the info of this old thread, because I found the source of the problem, read the UPDATE at the end !
As the topic title says im gettin some BSOD after playing games for like 5-10 minutes.
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL <----- This is what I see in the MEMORY.DMP after using WinDbg application.
It seems there is some driver problems(Some USB Port thingy and random MpKsl497dd46d services/drivers-Added image) but im not sure, thats why Im posting this here
EDIT: I also "fixed" an AOD Driver 4.1 issue after posting this lol.
I will attach the DUMP and System health files.
Entire MERMORY.dmp file :
ADDITIONAL SYSTEM INFO !
- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? = x86
- the original installed OS on the system? = No. (Windows 7)
- an OEM or full retail version? = Full Retail
- What is the age of system (hardware) = About 3-4 years old
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?)= 2 months (reinstalled)
Im using the latest Nvidia Driver released !
Thanks for the help !
UPDATE:
Found the real issue, Punkbuster ! Yes, the games I play use Punkbuster...
Now about the problem: Punkbuster have always had problem with Realtek integrated sound cards, wich relate to my crashes (freezes and BSODs with looping sound !)
Im currently trying to get in contact with Realtek about this issue.
"How are you sure this is the problem ?" you say ? Well, basically after DISABLING the onboard sound and playing the games for hours and hours gave me no crashes !
The solution ? : there is no solution... At least fixing it !. But the best one is to get an external sound card, being an USB sound card the best solution to this !
Markes as unsolved lol !
