Windows 7: Advance Text, error 0x8002801c

I'm downloaded a program called Advance Text. It always worked on my Vista, but when I got a 7, it stopped.
When I try to open it, it says, "Comdlg32.ocx or one of its dependencies not correctly registered:a file is missing or invalid.
So I downloaded comdlg32.ocx into both WOW64 and 32 and used Run...
regsvr32 %Systemroot%\SysWOW64\comdlg32.ocx
regsvr32 %Systemroot%\System32\comdlg32.ocx
for both, I get the same error message.
"The module "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\comdlg32.ocx" was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x8002801c."
Any ideas?



EDIT: Ran cmd as admin and fixed it, thanks to some other guy's post.
