BSOD after installing Max Payne 3 error 50

hello guys. I'm too having random bsod-s after installing Max Payne 3 last night. can't use computer for more than 5 minutes before a bsod occurs. and moreover, i can't do a system restore since i used disc cleanup to free some space and apparently deleted restore files.

i've attached the files required as specified in this thread https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html

    I'm using a laptop:
    Asus F6ve
    Windows 7 ultimate 32 bit
    Core 2 duo P8700
    3 GB ram
    HDD 320GB

    Thanks in advance for helping.

There are very few analysts available. Bumping your thread after only 4 hours makes it seem as if it's been replied to - so I skipped over this while I answered threads with 0 replies. Then, because I have some extra time, I started looking at the threads with 1, 2, and 3 replies that the original poster was the last one - that's when I found this topic.

But, since I'm here, let's get started:

I've only run the last 10 memory dumps (there were 14 all dating from 12 June 2012)

Perfmon shows a problem with your Intel Wireless. Please:
    - download a fresh copy of the Intel wireless drivers/program for your system
    - uninstall the current Intel wireless stuff
    - install the freshly downloaded Intel drivers/program
    - monitor for further problems.

Files are missing (or 0 bytes) from the jcgriff2 report. Please rerun the report and let it finish before collecting the files and uploading them.

I will post back when the dump files are finished running (10 - 15 minutes usually)..........

SP1 isn't installed, please do the following:
Installing Windows 7 Service Pack 1
    1. Visit the PC manufacturer's website and update ALL drivers. DO NOT use Windows Update or the "Update drivers" function of Device Manager.
    2. Check Device Manager for any unknown/disabled devices - if there are unknown/disabled devices, fix them with the latest drivers from the device manufacturer's website (not the PC Manufacturer)
    3. Visit Windows Update and get all updates (may take repeated visits)
    4. Visit Windows Update and get Service Pack 1 (usually under Important Updates). Read these notes for installing SP1: Steps to follow before you install Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 from the Microsoft Download Center
    5. Visit Windows Update and get any other available updates. May take repeated visits, but keep it up until you get several "Windows is updated" results.
If you're having difficulties with installing a Service Pack, please use the SURTool from this link: What is the System Update Readiness Tool?
Also, check out this troubleshooting link from Microsoft: Troubleshoot problems installing Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2

I have had limited success in installing updates/Service Packs when using a "clean boot". I suspect that I'm just bypassing the problem - and that it can come back to bite me in the butt later on.
Video drivers date from 2010. Please visit Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD and download the latest video drivers for your system.

Antivirus drivers date from 2009. Please update the antivirus to a current version - or switch to a current free version (I have listed some here: Free AntiVirus )

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please uninstall the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): DuplexSecure - FAQ

Some free alternatives (I don't use them, so I can't comment on them)

MagicISO - Convert BIN to ISO, Create, Edit, Burn, Extract ISO file, ISO/BIN converter/extractor/editor

Please update the drivers in the table below that date from 2009 and earlier. There's a list of links below that so you can determine what program/device that those drivers belong to.

If none of this fixes the BSOD issues, please run Driver Verifier according to these directions: Driver Verifier Settings

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs

thanks for taking time to look into it, man. really appreciate it.

since it seems a problem related to drivers, i ran driver verifier manager. now im getting bsod with error 0xC9 when starting windows in normal mode. but its not crashing all the time. 2/3 times windows has started successfully, but computer runs very slow when it starts in normal mode. i've attached the new files with perfmon and dumps. please look into it. thanks again.

btw, i haven't downloaded the wireless drivers yet. i'll have to download it using another computer.

Driver Verifier will slow down your system - and the amount it slows down depends on which tests you select.

I'm running the memory dumps from 13 June (5 of them)
Verifier doesn't blame anything in particular, so it's most likely a hardware problem, with a Windows problem being less likely.

But the older drivers haven't been removed and SP1 hasn't been installed, so we have to finish that first.

    Major driver problems:

    - ATI video drivers date from 2010 Must be updated to latest version available from Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD
    - ESET NOD32 dates from 2009 Must be updated to the latest available version - or uninstall and install a free antivirus ( Free AntiVirus)
    - windrvr6.sys dates from 2008 More info at: http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=windrvr6.sys
    - ASMMAP.sys dates from 2007 More info at: http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=ASMMAP.sys

    Minor driver problems:
any driver dating from 2009 or earlier (13, but this includes some of those from the Major category also)
Information links for these are listed immediately below the table with the dates.

SP1 install: This is most likely the root cause of your problems. But SP1 install won't be successful unless you've updated the older drivers first.

If the system continues to BSOD after all of this, then we'll run Driver Verifier again. Until then the results of Driver Verifier are highly suspect (due to missing SP and older drivers).

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs

thanks again and sorry for the late reply. i just updated my display driver and problem still persists.

i'll try to update the antivirus now, but i really plan on finishing the game fast and then uninstalling it to see if everything becomes ok. in any case, i won't be able to do anything before sunday, so i'll post update after that. :)
