I'm guessing that it's gotta be a hardware problem.
Make sure that the system is kept cool and has plenty of airflow.

I can't recall, but if you haven't run any of these tests, please do so now: Hardware Diagnostics
You may also want to run the different diagnostics available on the Ultimate Boot CD (free with a google search).

Go ahead and turn Driver Verifier off. If it hasn't caused any BOSD's yet, it probably won't do so now.

Me and my big mouth!!! Well, actually the Driver Verifier memory dump does tend to confirm that this is most likely a hardware problem.

Continue with the hardware diagnostics. If they don't yield definitive results we'll have to move on to the hardware stripdown: http://www.carrona.org/stripdown.html

Sometimes we fix them with the very first attempt, other times we pull our hair out with repeated fixes.
    It's actually sorta simple:

    - fix all 3rd party stuff
    - check all hardware to see if anything is borked (broken)
    - clean install Windows to rule that out

But it's the details of doing this that make you pull your hair out!

What MSI stuff did you install? Some of it (Afterburner in particular) will cause BSOD's

    Good luck!
