    Random, persistent BSOD

Hi, I purchased a new Envy 15 in January and have been getting BSOD while doing anything from browsing on Chrome to playing D3. It seems to happen once every other week or so. System specs:

    Envy 15
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit OEM
    Intel i7-2670 QM

I've tried to follow the BSOD posting instructions but I'm new to this so if there is any other information I need to post please let me know.

The system diagnostic upload shows that the Bluetooth is disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why? Please re-enable it in order to update the drivers. Then feel free to disable it again.

You have uploaded the executable for the jcgriff2 app. Please follow the instructions in the thread to run the executable (by double clicking on it), letting it generate the reports, then zipping them up and uploading them with your next post.

You must run Step 2 and use Step 4 to gather the files

    Thanks for the reply,

Yes the bluetooth is deliberately disabled. I don't use any bluetooth devices with my laptop so I kept it off. I didn't realize this would keep it from updating its drivers so I've re-enabled it.

Oops, I had a feeling I messed up somewhere. Hopefully I ran the app correctly this time.

Running the last 10 memory dumps (13 total from 22 Apr to the present)
5 different BSOD error codes cited
    4 different causes blamed

This is most likely a hardware error. They (hardware errors) are usually caused by one of these things:
    - borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
    - overclocking - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
    - compatibility issues
    - low-level driver problems
    - or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from Initial Hardware Diagnostics or Hardware Diagnostics ).

Your Death Adder driver (danew.sys) dates from 2009. These older Razer drivers are known to cause BSOD's. Please update it, more info here: Driver Reference Table - danew.sys

If this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please post back and we'll start by updating/removing the 2009 and earlier drivers.

While waiting for a reply you can start with these free diagnostics also: Hardware Diagnostics

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs
