    Blue Screen crash.


    I have installed Hotspot Shield in my laptop running Win7 64bit OS. After installation it works great, but when i restart my p.c, it shows blue screen while log-on screen appears.
    Please help me.........

    You can run the tool to get the crash reports from Safe Mode. If you cannot reach Safe Mode:

    Is there any way to use Hotspot Shield in Win7 Ultimate 64 Bit OS.

    I have seen a number of people have problems with it. If you want alternatives: System Security - Windows 7 Forums

    Also, we should check your Windows installation to make sure it can run the VPN software: Download and run the MGADiag tool. Then click Continue, then click Copy, and then paste the information in your next post.
