Windows 7: BSoD on Startup

BSoD on Startup

I sent out my motherboard to Asus for possible RAM slot issues.
I just got it back today and put together my computer.
But on the Starting Windows screen, the color orbs freeze and my computer blue screens.
This happens each and every time it gets to that screen.
I tried running windows in safe mode but while loading safe mode it also blue screens.
I tried a system restore back to before I sent my motherboard to Asus, but that didn't help either.

While the motherboard was away I did connect my HDD to another computer in the house for about an hour at most.
Windows booted fine from there.

Any idea on what could be causing this would be greatly appreciated.
I'm running Memtest86+ right now and not getting errors.

Tried booting the HDD from the other computer in my house, but the blue screens are not in the mini dump folder or recorded by bluescreenview.

Removed my CMOS battery and it booted right up, but I'll post again if I find issues. (:
