Windows 7: windows will not start up

Wan i het the power butin the furst screen cumes up with the bar that show windows
Is doing sumthing and it stops 3/4 of the way throw and dus nuthing there is f2 and f12 opchins to the right and if i het f12 boot options itgos to a punt that it wunts me to start windows and i cant i
Have a good windows7 cd in it if i late it set a screen come up and ( operating system not found) iwus doing a hard drive chake wan all want to hell if any one can help plz
