BSOD with Max Payne 3 - tried everything currently known

Hi, I have been getting BSOD with Max Payne 3 purchased through Steam and have pretty much come to a dead end as to what I can try next.

I have read pretty much everything on the NVidia site, the Rockstar site, and these forums. I have an outstanding system which is only about 3 months old and nothing else has ever caused me problems like MP3.

I have a good knowledge of systems, drivers versions, tweaks, conflicting services, settings and optimal settings for my hardware and current driver versions.

I have a few services which if they are likely to cause issues, are either stopped or removed (logmein for example). I am confident that every configuration I have tried is free of the typical services that can causes issues.

One thing that is reported in the system health check is the lack of a virus checker through Microsoft system Center. I do have MSE and the Firewall is running ok. I have tried both on and off for everything that I can think off.

I also tried on and off for punkbuster and also pretty much every possible combination of nvidia settings both through the control panel and within the game,

Please can anyone recommend what my next steps should be. I have included the most recent minidump file which was a memory management BSOD. Previously I have had BSOD dumps for Timing but did not keep these.

I suspect there is a setup for GTX 580 SLI or Non SLI and somehow the Muli-Core CPU limited to <4? but its only a guess.

Wasn't sure about where to post system specs so I updated both in my profile and included in this post.

Many thanks for any advice or help.

best regards

Trevor

You have a lot of disabled devices:
Code:
VMware Virtual Ethernet Adapter for VMnet1	ROOT\VMWARE\0000	This device is disabled.
VMware Virtual Ethernet Adapter for VMnet8	ROOT\VMWARE\0001	This device is disabled.
Realtek RTL8192CE Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC	PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8178&SUBSYS_818610EC&REV_01\4&34983700&0&00E4	This device is disabled.
VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter	ROOT\NET\0000	This device is disabled.
ASUS Bluetooth	USB\VID_0B05&PID_179C\6&2DB00838&0&8	This device is disabled.
Why are these disabled? You should enable all devices and update their drivers. Disabled devices can still cause driver conflicts on the system.

For your SSD, make sure the following are up to date:
  • SSD firmware
  • BIOS Version (yours is not up to date)
  • Chipset Drivers
  • Hard disk controller drivers/SATA drivers
  • If you have a Marvell IDE ATA/ATAPI device and/or Intel ATA/ATAPI device, make sure the drivers are up to date from the Intel site or Marvell site and not from your motherboard/vendor support site:
RAID: Marvell* SATA Driver

Intel® RSTe AHCI & SCU Software RAID driver for Windows*
