windows 7 wont load

Hey guys!
I have a problem and you might help me.
Suddently today morning i woke up and saw my pc stack at the screen where it sees the raid. i pressed the power button to turn it off and then again to to turn it on.
It passed that point but in the windows loading screen stayed forever...
I rebooted again and went to system recovery to repair automaticaly but it didn't find a windows installation.
I inserted the windows cd to do it from there but bios couldn't "see" the dvd rom!!!!
after a few attempts the result was to get the answer "no windows installation" once again...
i got angry and thought to get into safe mode with command promt which i did and did a simple scandisk.
IT WORKED!!!!!
I got into windows and it worked perfectly but....
When i rebooted the same...
and this time it won't let me go into safe mode!!!! it passes the screen with the drivers loading and stays there.
any thoughts?

Looks like it's not recognizing your RAID in a normal boot, but does in Safe Mode

Have you run a free diagnostic on all of your hard drives? Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure
