    BSOD when converting/playing videos


    x86 32 Operating System Windows 7 Professional
    Full Retail
    Age of System: 2 years
    Age of OS installation: 3 months


    The BSOD Technical Information are as follows:
    STOP:0x00000124[0x00000000,0x861FF024,0xF2000040,0x00000800]

    BSOD normally occurs when converting videos using Xilisoft video converter ultimate which uses all cores of the CPU when converting

    Hello devaster, stop x124 generally refers to Hardware issues. Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try

    Also, please remove Reviversoft, Registry Reviver. I didn't notice that you had an A/V installed. Most of us here at the forums recommend Microsoft Security Essentials. Also might be a good idea to install the free version of Malwarebytes and run a full scan on all user accounts.
