BSOD after installing Max Payne 3 and accessing its folders

Hi,
I get a BSOD (PAGE FAULT ON NON PAGED AREA) right after the installation of MP3 finishes or when I go to the folder where it's installed.

My specs are above the minimum requirements

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Max Payne 3 requires that Service Pack 1 be installed. You have not installed many Windows Updates in the 15 months that your OS has been installed...

We should make sure your system is setup properly for Service Pack 1 to be installed: Please download and run the MGADiag tool. Then click Continue, then click Copy, and then paste the information in your next post.
