Yes, the webcam could be the issue. Have you tried disabling it in Device Manager?
New crashes were all the same and still pointing to USB issues.

i have disabled it now ill see if the problem continues to happen and will report back , if it is the webcam how do i fix it , ? is it just a driver update or something else , amyway ill see how it goes
If it is the webcam, you will probably have to leave it disabled; you could try re-installing the driver and seeing if maybe your driver was corrupted and causing problems.
Unfortunately, webcam drivers are rarely updated for built-in webcams.
hello again , i have disabled the internal microphone and the built in web cam as well as all other usb items in the device manager and the problem is still persisting , so if any one has any ideas they would be greatly appreciated thanks again
Is the system still under warranty?
Have you made your recovery DVDs yet?
I am thinking either the USB hardware is actually at fault within the system or your Windows installation is somehow damaged.
Also, go to the HP support site and see if there are any updated drivers for your chipset and/or Intel Storage drivers. Install both or re-install both if yours are already up to date.
