| Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit 11,308 posts Colorado | Crashes indicate VcommMgr.sys which is your Bluetooth VcommMgr Driver (IVT BlueSolei) May not be compatible with Windows 7. Remove the device from the system if possible. If you are unable to do so, let us know, and we will provide further steps. Also, please disable Verifier for the time being: Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Right click Command Prompt -> Run as administrator -> Type the following command and then Enter: verifier /reset-> Restart your computer.
