Applications Crash When Trying to Print

No matter what the application I am trying to print from, as soon as I hit Print or Control + P the program crashes. Even when I was trying to print a test page, as soon as I hit the button Windows Explorer crashed. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit with Intel Core 2 Duo and 2GB RAM. The printer set as default is HP F4235, and I have already gone to the HP website and reinstalled the print driver. Thank you in advance for any help!!!

This is what comes up when doing a test page:

Each blames hpz3rw71.dll - a printer host driver for an HP printer.

    Please:
    - download a fresh copy of the HP printer drivers from the HP website (make sure that they are the Win7 compatible version).
    - uninstall all HP printer software from your system using Control Panel... Programs...Uninstall a program
    - search for hpz3rw71.dll on your computer and rename it to hpz3rw71.BAD
    - install the freshly downloaded drivers and see if that fixes the problems.

If not, see if you can return the computer and try another one.
