Windows 7: 2-5x bsod's each day

Hey all, i keep getting Blue screens at very bad times lol,(like theres a good time)
but i was hoping someone could figure out why i might be getting these..i keep trying to update my sound drivers but theres 4 of them , NVIDIA HIGH DEF i see 4 of them when i open my device manager, maybe theres a problem?

i have my mini dumps folder etc rar and the system health report like it says..

o yeah my system specs are this..windows 7 home premium
8gigs ram
x64 based
amd phenom 2 x4 840 processor,3200 mhz 4cores 4 logical processors

Running the last 11 memory dumps (May and June)

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol 120% software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows 7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please uninstall the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): DuplexSecure - FAQ

Some free alternatives (I don't use them, so I can't comment on them)

MagicISO - Convert BIN to ISO, Create, Edit, Burn, Extract ISO file, ISO/BIN converter/extractor/editor

You are missing Windows Updates and chipset driver updates (maybe video driver updates also).
Please visit Windows Updates and get all available updates - to include optional updates for your AMD/ATI chipset drivers. If the system continues to BSOD we'll have to track down the latest AMD/ATI chipset drivers for your system.

Please see the listing below of drivers dated 2009 and earlier. Please update them using the links in the listing immediately below them.

You must make sure that you run the sptd.sys removal tool (you need 64 bit, not the 32 bit): DuplexSecure - FAQ

First go to Windows Update. Get not only the updates listed, but also check the optional updates for hardware drivers (and install them).

Then we wait and see if it BSOD's again - then we'll update more drivers.
