Can you turn on Driver Verifier and provide us crashdumps for any crashes you experience after it's turned on? When setting it up, select all checks except Low Resource Sim, Force Pending I/O Requests, and IRP Logging. Restart after you set it up. If you get boot loop afterwards, go into Safe Mode (F8) and then disable Driver Verifier from there.
