    BSOD playing diablo3, error 0x0000001A

i brought my new computer 4 weeks ago.
First it is totally fine, but then 1 week ago, it started BSOD when i play diablo3.
I tried everything that i could do, but the BSOD still randomly happened.

my windows is 64bit and full retail version.

p.s. my windows's language is Chinese, if there is any problem, please tell me.

Crashes point to Norton. Please re-install it with the latest version available from 2012. Remove it first with the Norton Removal Tool. Then download a fresh copy of the 2012 software. Then install the fresh version of Norton.

Does not look like your Symantec software uninstalled properly. Contact Symantec for support:
    Code:
BHDrvx64	ROOT\LEGACY_BHDRVX64\0000	This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
Symantec Iron Driver	ROOT\LEGACY_SYMIRON\0000	This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.

Check your Event Viewer System logs for anything related to NTFS issues. You had some hard disk related crashes:

Event Viewer - Open and Use in Windows 7

Disk Check with both boxes checked is recommended.
