Crash on a specific directory using Acronis True Image Home 2012

Hello All,

I'm using Acronis True Image Home 2012 to do Directory and System backup. I have 6 different backup job and most of them are working fine but on a particular file system with pictures my system crash every time !

I have multiple dump of the crash (including a full dump), I ran a jcgriff2 (in attachment) and a perfmon /report too.

The debug of the full dump is below:

Alcohol 120% (and Daemon Tools software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows 7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please uninstall the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): DuplexSecure - FAQ

MSINFO32 (the WER section) shows many STOP 0x101 errors. They blame a variety of causes so we'll have to see what the analysis of the last 10 memory dumps shows us.

Your CSCrySec.sys driver dates from 2009 (as does your CSVirtualDiskDrv.sys driver). It belongs to your InfoWatch Encrypt Sector Library driver.
This program needs to be updated or removed from your system.
More info on this driver here: Driver Reference Table - CSCrySec.sys
I note that this program is no longer supported - and suggest that you uninstall it immediately.

Your fet6x64.sys driver dates from 2008 and must be updated or removed from your system.
It belongs to your VIA Rhine Family Fast Ethernet Adapter
More info on this driver here: Driver Reference Table - fet6x64.sys

Your Kaspersky drivers date from 2009 and must be updated. When experiencing BSOD problems it's essential to have the latest version of the antivirus/internet security program. If you don't wish to purchase another copy of Kasepersky, please remove it and try one of the free antivirus' listed here: Free AntiVirus

Your nVidia chipset drivers date from 2008/2009. Please update them from the nVidia website ( World Leader in Visual Computing Technologies | NVIDIA )

Your VMWare drivers date from 2009 and must be updated also.

If all of the above updates don't fix things, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs

- Further info on BSOD error messages available at: http://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html
- Info on how to troubleshoot BSOD's (DRAFT): http://www.carrona.org/userbsod.html
