BSOD playing games (Diablo 3), error 0xF4 Critical_Object_Termination

Running Windows 7 Ultimate x64, purchased for new build (not OEM).

Computer was built in April:

CPU: I7-2700K (Running @ stock), After-market cooler
Motherboard: ASROCK|Z68 EXTREME3 GEN3 1155 R
RAM: CORSAIR CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 4GBx2
Video: EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Ti FPB 1024 MB GDDR5
SSD: 180 GB SSD 520 SERIES
HD: 1TB WesternDigital 7200

OS has not been re-installed since built.

First blue screen was 05/17/2012: KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (0x7a).
Since 06/06/2012, all errors are CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION (0xF4).

Most BSOD occurs while playing Diablo 3. After the first BSOD on a particular day, it tends to happen again.

BSOD occurs basically every other day, some days are fine.

I use my computer 10-16 hours a day (work from home).

All drivers updated, internal components reseated, memtest run, chkdsk, driver verifier, video card test, everything has been fine.

My next steps unless you guys can identify a culprit: run with a different video card for a few days, run with only 1 ram stick, alternate, run with HDD disconnected (data drive), replace cables, then reformat the SSD if all else fails.

Graphic Drivers

If this is only happening while you're playing games like Diablo, a good place to look after is the Graphic Driver. Your dump was in fact mentioning a little information about the Graphic Buffer.
Driver download goes there for your 560 TI.

Update DX files

DirectX files can miss up at times. Many games can be fixed by updating the files, simply because of missing content, or bad sectors. To update your DirectX-files, the place would be here.

Temperature

Monitor your temperature while you're gaming. It could be a causer, especially with these types of problems.

Memory

Your dump includes unsure information about failed memory failure. MemTest86+ provides scans of your memory. Run it for 7 or 8 passes and post back your results. The website goes here.

1. Graphics driver is up to date.

2. DirectX was also installed and up to date. Went ahead and removed and reinstalled it.

3. I have been a little concerned that it might be temperature related, but I have been monitoring it pretty closely and everything seems fine. I ran a graphics card burn-in test that only took it to 80 deg, which is still safe for GFX cards. I will be sure to monitor things a bit more closely though.

4. I've run memtest already, but I will do more passes this weekend and post the results.
