Here are the new dump files.
I forgot to mention for the past two weeks i have been getting sudden restarts, while playing BF3 or while on desktop or playing solitaire, without a bsod. Even yesterday this happened during the standard shut down process! The report of the event viewer is:

Don't know what to make of all this.....

And another thought:
could all this be a conflict between the two drivers hdmi from realtek on board sound card and hdmi from ati vga card? (just a thought). I don't know which and how to disable either of them!

This is still a STOP 0x124 error.
The only older driver noted in the memory dump is Rt64win7.sys - which dates from 2009. It most likely belongs to your Realtek PCIe GigaByte Ethernet controller.

Please use this link to update it: Realtek

If that doesn't stop them, then we've got to presume a hardware problem.
You must do all of the free diagnostics from here: Hardware Diagnostics
Then, if that doesn't isolate it, you'll have to try this procedure to help rule out different components: Hardware Stripdown Troubleshooting

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs

- Info on how to troubleshoot BSOD's (DRAFT): http://www.carrona.org/userbsod.html

I just updated my realtek ethernet driver. The one that appears outdated was downloaded fron the motherboard's website!
We will see how it goes.

And again......

The empire strikes back!
If you have time have a look at the new bsod reports after the upgrade of the lan driver.
Is there anything new?
Thanks!

Still looks like hardware. You've gotta start the hardware diags that I mentioned above.

Just FYI - one other thing to consider would be a clean install of Windows (to rule out any other software possibilities.

Since yesterday I have removed the two new sticks of ram and I haven't had any restarts or bsods. Let's hope that I solved the problem (i wouldn't want to jinx it!)
I have started a new thread asking opinions about new ram modules.
I will keep my fingers crossed!

I think I finally found the problem.
I set DRAM to 1.5v and qpi/vtt to 1.34v and all looks good up to now.
I had to fine tune the motherboard because it was an older model than the vengeance ram.
Thank you very very much for your time and help.

Hello everybody.
Did you miss me? (I know you don't)
After a long time of trouble free operation I started having the same old problems.
So I want to hear your opinions: motherboard or graphics card? I want to flip a coin and go buy one of the two.
It is very hard to find a p55 motherboard and the only one I found is from Amazon and expensive.
