Here are the new dump files.
I forgot to mention for the past two weeks i have been getting sudden restarts, while playing BF3 or while on desktop or playing solitaire, without a bsod. Even yesterday this happened during the standard shut down process! The report of the event viewer is:

Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

Don't know what to make of all this.....
And another thought:
could all this be a conflict between the two drivers hdmi from realtek on board sound card and hdmi from ati vga card? (just a thought). I don't know which and how to disable either of them!
